Establishment of CrimsonLogic eTrade Services

We are proud to announce the establishment of CrimsonLogic eTrade Services Pte Ltd (CrimsonLogic eTrade) to you. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd, one of CrimsonLogic eTrade’s primary goals is to focus on providing better service to the private sector in the trade and logistics segment. Commencing operation on 1 January 2007, CrimsonLogic eTrade will continue to offer quality products and services such as Trade Declaration, Procurement, Freight Documentation, Insurance and Finance to continuously bring satisfaction to our TradePalette customers.

This spin-off is in conjunction with the award of the TradeXchange^® project by the Singapore Government to CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd in January 2006. CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd has been appointed as the developer and operator of the TradeXchange^® system which will serve as a neutral IT platform to facilitate electronic exchange of information between governments and businesses (please go to www.tradexchange.gov.sg for more information). The establishment of the subsidiary company is in line with our commitment to provide uncompromised, quality services and support to all our customers.

CrimsonLogic eTrade will act as a Value-Added Service Provider (VAS) providing front-end linkages to TradeXchange^® for end-users to access such services as Trade Declaration, linkages to Shipping Lines, linkages to Critical Systems and Overseas Highways, as well as Title Registry and Trade Finance. We work towards continuously enhancing our products and services to respond more swiftly to the demands of the trade and logistics community.
