In appreciation of the support given to CrimsonLogic eTrade Services by our customers, invitations were extended to all TradeWeb™ users for the TradeWeb™ User Day on 27 November 2008. It was our pleasure to host this event of the year, attended by over 300 customers. It was also a great opportunity to meet up with each of our customers individually.
Users were introduced to the latest TradeWeb™ solutions development, the NEW TradeWeb™ Enterprise and briefed on the impact of Unique Entity Number (UEN) on TradeWeb™.

The TradeWeb™ User Survey 2008 was also officially launched on 27 November 2008. This user survey aims to gather customers’ feedback, allowing CrimsonLogic eTrade Services to enhance our solution and service offerings. The survey will be open to all TradeWeb™ users from the period 27 November to 31 December 2008. Each survey participant will stand a chance to win Takashimaya shopping vouchers (terms and conditions apply).
